MOSPROEKT-3 JUSTIFIED BIM-LEADER STATUS
Mosproekt-3 JSC, the company that forms a part of the so named Group of Companies, awarded the title of BIM-leader for the successful application of information modelling technology during the implementation of large-scale infrastructure construction projects.The Group of companies Mosproekt-3 engineers gained honourable professional recognition from Autodesk experts for the second time.
Being in line with global trends on digital construction, The Group of companies Mosproekt-3 experts not only apply BIM-technology on a daily basis, yet they also take an active part in regulations base development for BIM-construction. The section of the Troitskaya Line designed and engineered by The Group of companies Mosproekt-3 became the first metro project in Russia, which was entirely designed and engineered by means of BIM. Before that, the engineers of the Group also efficiently applied BIM-technology to design and engineer the first inner city toll road, the North Alternate Route for Kutuzovsky Prospekt.
“Today we can observe the increasing interest towards information modelling technology in the construction industry. BIM-technology enables to provide the customers with design and engineering documentation of high quality and to significantly optimize the cost and the implementation deadline, it also ensures effective work coordination among all the participants within the projects,” – highlighted Anna Merkulova, CEO of The Group of companies Mosproekt-3.
Anna Merkulova added that today the experts of The Group of companies Mosproekt-3 also apply BIM-technology while working on the complicated section of “Western Europe – Western China” International Transit Corridor.

Autodesk is the largest global software developer for industrial and civil construction with over 9 million users. In 2019, Autodesk awarded The Group of companies Mosproekt-3 the title of BIM-leader in the infrastructure construction sphere.
